23:00 Have you tried using charm potion on yourself in battle for the bogeys? This stops minor enemies from attacking that character for three of that character's turns. We usually only use that strat when Dart does his first hellena fight in Any%, but I think it works here since they are minor enemies. Since you're soloing running, I bet you can abuse this a lot outside of boss fights. If that doesn't work, there are two total vanishings on Disc 1 we pick up, and I think a third before you get to this point that we don't pick up. You can save them for this fight if it's a consistent issue.

I've seen Bringle suffer from the Iron Clefts too. Due to the highly specific strategy for fighting them, they tend to kill a lot of gimmick runs. Or at least serve as an unavoidable outlier.
